Changing Stigma

Nuts. Crazy. Mental. Psycho.  How many times do we use these terms to describe someone who reacted with intense emotions to a situation or another person?  These words are often said without much thought, but we need to become more aware of how simple semantics can damage and affect others.  Breaking the stigma means being socially cognitive of the need to be sensitive to everyone around us not only in actions but in what is said.
